How long does it take to deliver my order ?
Europe : 1 week (usually for large orders or expensive records we use Fedex 24-72h delivery)
USA : 2 weeks (usually for large orders or expensive records we use Fedex 24h-48h delivery or DHL)
Worldwide : 2-3 weeks (except South America - Russia)
South America : 3-4 weeks
...............exception : Brazil - Russia : usually 2 months even with airmail registred !!!

Please note that that we can't be responsible for it except if you choose registred mail or insurance .
We use special cardboard made for vinyl .. we always try to add extra protection , if it match with the price of the shipping paid

How Do You pack the Record?
We use special professional cardboard made for vinyls .
All records are send into plastic sleeve & outside cover to avoid split (except for sealed records).

What's your grading system ?
poor (fair) / vg- / vg / vg+ / near mint (excellent) / mint (only for new or unplayed record) - sealed
vg++ (sometimes, mostly on old uploads)
All records grading under high halogen lamp or/& with mp3
We try to add a soundfile for all (especially for African or Asian vinyls, an near mint record can play with surface noise and a vg- with full marks can play great)
